Where do we ship to?

Shipping is only within Germany.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

What do we ship with?

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Do we also ship to PO boxes and parcel stations?

No. We only ship to residential and business addresses. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.

How long does delivery take?

After receipt of payment, the delivery time is usually one to three working days.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact

Can I also receive my order on account?

No. We only accept advance payment.

FAQ / Returns

How long after purchase can I return the goods?

You can return ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt or return them to our store.

Who bears the costs for returns?

The customer shall bear the costs of return shipment.

What do I need to consider when returning an item?

Please note:

- that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection – for example, as is usual in a store for fitting – and that they must be returned using the enclosed return slip.
- Only goods with the safety tag and original label attached can be returned. If the safety tag has been removed or damaged for any reason, returns are not possible.

To return your order, please fill out the enclosed return slip and enclose it with your return. If your order is not accompanied by a return slip, you can obtain one upon request from our customer service.

Please retain your receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This receipt documents the return date and the receipt number of your return.
