Shipping and delivery conditions

Shipping is only within Germany and is free of charge.

All orders are shipped with UPS.

No shipping to PO boxes or parcel stations.

After receipt of payment, the delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.

Returns

You can return ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt or return them to our store. The customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Please note,

• that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to a fitting in a store.
• that the return slip must be enclosed.
• that only goods with an attached safety tag and original label can be returned. If the safety tag has been removed or damaged - for whatever reason - the return is excluded.

Please complete the enclosed return slip in full and enclose it with the return shipment. If you do not have a return slip, you can obtain one from our customer service on request.

Please keep your proof of posting until you receive confirmation of receipt of your return from us. In case of doubt, you can use this to prove the return date and the consignment number.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an e-mail confirming the return. The amount will be refunded within 14 days to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.

All payments and credit notes are processed in EUR (€). For credits to foreign accounts, the recipient is responsible for all possible bank and transaction fees.
